Abstract

The investigation tries to build as conclusion, starting from the selection of the cases, a panorama of the construction of the city starting from the event and its materialization through the architecture that allows us to reason on the potential that these architectural urban programs have if they are accompanied by local strategies that really use these opportunities to build the city of all. Not eventual and incidental, ephemeral and dead, but the city of it remained her and of the flexibility that find their balance between the system and the global culture with the enrichment of the local’s particularity and quality.
