Dezi, Andrea (2013) Il Sovrarrealismo ontologico nel pensiero di F. W. J. Schelling. Doctoral Thesis.
AbstractThe present work is about ontology. Schelling’s naturephilosophy, with a particular stress on the 1804 «Würzburg System», is presented as a critical perspective which allows philosophy to investigate the logical possibility of ontology. The physical weave of powers (potencies) appears as realization of an «infinite excess» which establishes free bonds (not relations) between substances or principles, so that it can fracture every closed actualization or «being». The nature of the powers, reflected through the logical and extralogical aspect of their bond, is comprehended within the ambit of an ontological discussion on the power (potentia) of the act (actus), which sketches the outlines of a time-oriented metaphysics.
