Abstract

The present search analyzes the juridical tools of the urbanistic and environmental retraining in relationship with the government of the territory in a double perspective: both as one of the more remarkable objective circles of the subject "government of the territory", that what archetype of a new formality of his exercise, through that that she has been defined "governance of the territory", expression with which that juridical institutes can be identified that they seek more the integration and the coordination procedures, functions and competences, among public and private subjects, that are interested in the management of the territory to different level, for the realization of an unitary result.
