Abstract

This work has targeted in a special systematic interpretation of the “general conditions of contract”. The work notes on the conflicting interests of the entrepreneur and the adherent party, both deserving of protection, first looking in the richness of the interpretation of those rules more relevant and therefore made the reconstruction of the “canoni” teleologically oriented to the determination of the meaning with reference to this special discipline, characterized by sudden uniformity.
