Abstract

This paper intends to provide a survey of the situation of the town green in Sassari. In the urban ambit the places considered were: streets, squares, parks and other urban structures such as schools, hospitals, sports centres, the cemetery and others. According to the tests carried out it emerges that Sassari is poor in green areas and that, in addition, the present species are monotonous and ripetitive.
