For this reason, operators in tourism management and public policy makers are increasingly interested in effective tools for exploring the consequences of their decisions. With this purpose, this paper describes a multiagent system which enables evaluation of the impact of some possible interventions and policies at a destination by computer simulations and provides an insight into the functioning of the market.
